Terms for using the QHealth public website.
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the public QHealth website at qhealth.app, operated by Medica Technologies Inc.
Use of the authenticated QHealth healthcare platform, implementation services, support, data processing, service levels, pricing, and other commercial matters may be governed by separate written agreements with the applicable customer organization. Where those agreements apply, their terms control with respect to the services covered by them.
