How is QHealth priced?
QHealth pricing is based on the plan, enabled modules, clinic size, number of locations, implementation work, integrations, and any usage-based services. Your proposal separates recurring subscription, one-time implementation, and variable service costs so the commercial scope is clear.
Why does QHealth provide a tailored proposal instead of one fixed public price?
A single-specialty clinic adopting core workflows has a different implementation from a multi-location medical center connecting insurance, finance, and regional systems. A short discovery session lets QHealth price the actual scope without charging every clinic for complexity it does not need.
Can we begin with QHealth Core and add capabilities later?
Yes. QHealth is modular. A clinic can begin with its essential patient, clinical, and billing workflows, then add CRM, insurance, treasury, business intelligence, AI, integrations, or future extensions as operations grow.
Are implementation and data migration included in the subscription?
Implementation is scoped separately so you can see what is recurring and what is a one-time service. It may include workflow configuration, data preparation and migration, integrations, validation, training, and rollout support according to the agreed plan.
Which services may have usage-based charges?
Usage pricing may apply to services with a direct transaction or provider cost, such as SMS, WhatsApp, AI, future voice transcription, telemedicine, or certain external integration transactions. Any allowance and overage rule will be stated in the proposal.
Are regional integrations available in every plan?
Regional, payer, government, finance, laboratory, and radiology connections are scoped according to the selected plan, country, external-system access, certification requirements, and implementation complexity.
Are roadmap capabilities included in the price today?
No. Capabilities marked as planned or roadmap are shown so clinics can understand QHealth’s direction. They are not represented as delivered functionality and are not charged unless they become available and are added to an agreed subscription or project scope.
What happens after we request a proposal?
The QHealth team reviews your specialties, locations, staff, current systems, required modules, migration needs, and integrations. You then receive a recommended plan, implementation scope, assumptions, and commercial proposal for review.
