Is QHealth suitable for a small medical center?
QHealth is designed for private clinics and medical centers. Core covers appointments, reception, clinical records, billing, and reporting. Professional adds tools such as patient CRM, insurance, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, AI, and workforce management.
Which specialties can use QHealth?
QHealth brings appointments, clinical records, billing, and team operations together for medical and surgical clinics, allied health practitioners, and dental teams. Registration includes medical specialties such as general practice, pediatrics, and dermatology; professions such as physiotherapy, psychology, and dietetics; and general dentistry and dental specialties. Explore available EMR tools and planned capabilities on our Specialties page, and bring your documentation, treatment, and billing workflow to a demo so we can review how it fits your practice.
How much does QHealth cost?
Core is $99 USD and Professional is $199 USD per practitioner per month. Both include unlimited staff accounts. Enterprise pricing is based on your organization. Migration services carry an additional cost, and AI usage is subject to a fair usage policy.
What happens after we create an account?
An automated tour introduces QHealth, then your administrator follows a setup checklist for your center. This includes clinic details, document branding, practitioners, working hours, services, and fees. Setup time depends on your services, team, and migration needs.
Can we bring data from our current system?
Yes. We offer migration services at an additional cost. The scope depends on your current system, the data available to export, and what you need to bring into QHealth. We agree the scope and cost before starting.
Can we use QHealth for private and insurance billing?
You can configure a private payment workflow. Professional and Enterprise also include insurance tools. Payer connections and national health integrations depend on the chosen plan, external access, and implementation requirements. We can review your insurers and location during a demo.
How does the team stay in control of AI?
AI helps with tasks such as dictation, clinical documentation, and claim review. Authorized healthcare professionals review the output and remain responsible for final records, coding, and clinical decisions. AI usage is included in plans with AI, subject to a fair usage policy.
