- Structured health data
- Public and private care continuity
Availability depends on the external platform’s onboarding, certification, interface, security, and contractual requirements.

QHealth manages the healthcare activity behind the money. Your accounting or ERP platform can remain responsible for the general ledger, payables, tax, payroll, and corporate reporting.

- Credits, discounts, and reference data
- Mapped records for reconciliation
Each connection is mapped to the target system’s APIs, edition, authentication, and accounting requirements.
APIs that serve the workflow
An endpoint is only the beginning.
A reliable integration must know what to send, what to reject, what to retry, and who needs to act when something goes wrong.
Authenticate
Give each connection only the access its approved purpose requires.
Map
Align identifiers, codes, fields, and ownership between both systems.
Validate
Catch missing, duplicated, or inconsistent information before delivery.
Operate
Monitor status, retry safely, route exceptions, and retain an audit trail.

Before we connect
What your team will want to confirm.
We define the workflow, external access, security, ownership, testing, and support before an interface goes live.
Can QHealth connect with NPHIES and Qatar’s QHIE-Hub?
QHealth can be configured for national exchange requirements such as Saudi Arabia’s NPHIES and Qatar’s QHIE-Hub. Each connection depends on platform access, onboarding, certification, specifications, and the agreed implementation scope.
Does QHealth have APIs?
Yes. QHealth can expose and consume scoped APIs for approved workflows. Authentication, available data, permitted actions, monitoring, and support responsibilities are defined for each integration.
Can we keep our existing accounting or ERP system?
Yes. QHealth can remain the source for clinic billing and treasury activity while systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, Oracle, or another finance platform remain responsible for accounting and the general ledger.
Can QHealth connect with laboratories and radiology providers?
Yes, where the provider offers a supported interface and the required access. Orders, status updates, reports, and results-ready events can be mapped as those workflows are implemented.
How are integrations secured?
Each connection is scoped to an approved purpose and designed around authenticated access, encrypted transport, minimum necessary data, validation, auditability, and controlled exception handling.
Does every integration require custom development?
Not always. Existing APIs, webhooks, or structured exchange may be enough. Custom work is only scoped when the external system and workflow require it.
