Cancellation Policy

How to cancel

A clinic administrator can open Admin Control → Subscription & Billing, select Cancel subscription, review the consequences and confirm. You do not need to contact sales or provide a reason. If you cannot access your account, email info@qhealth.app for help.

When cancellation takes effect

Your cancellation request stops automatic renewal. Clinic usage remains available until the paid-through date shown before confirmation and in Subscription & Billing. For vendor-managed billing, QHealth stops initiating future charges; for provider-managed billing, we submit cancellation to MyFatoorah. If provider confirmation is delayed, the page clearly shows cancellation pending and we continue retrying. You receive a final confirmation when cancellation is saved. Any charge collected after cancellation took effect will be reviewed and corrected under the Refund Policy.

Paid time and records

Unused time is not automatically refunded. At the end of the paid billing period, operational modules become unavailable to all clinic users, including existing signed-in sessions on their next request. Authorized administrators can still view billing records, consent history and refund requests. Cancellation does not delete patient or clinic records. Contact info@qhealth.app for export, retention or reactivation assistance.

Stopping individual accounts

Deactivating a practitioner, signing out, or deleting an account does not cancel the clinic’s subscription or reduce its purchased slots. Use Subscription & Billing to change seats where available, or contact support. A refund request alone does not stop recurring billing.
